WARRANTY
Opulent Soft Furnishings warrants to the original purchaser that the product provided is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for 12 months.
If goods are sold as factory seconds, as a damaged item or with a faulty part/s, they will not be covered by warranty.
This warranty shall not apply to any of the parts including fabric that have failed due to accident, negligence, alterations, misuse, abuse, improper handling, installations or maintenance.
Failure to follow care label instructions or failure to follow instructions of operating or installing the product will also void warranty. No warranty is further provided to fabric due to loss of colour intensity from exposure to the sun over a long time, exposure to salt air, or normal wear and tear.
Opulent Soft Furnishings obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or exchange of any parts or components that prove to be defective in the normal use within the warranty time of the curtain/s, blind/s or upholstery product. Opulent Soft Furnishings reserves the right to inspect any product or component prior to repair, replacement, or refunding of the purchase price. Opulent Soft Furnishings will not be liable for cost of removal or reinstallation of the product or incidental damages.
